Expression of Interest — Terms & Conditions

By submitting this Expression of Interest ("EOI") form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Offer or Solicitation This EOI form is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute an offer, invitation, or recommendation to acquire securities or any financial product in Motorsport Investment Group ("MIG"), and does not form part of any prospectus, product disclosure statement, information memorandum, or other offer document. Any future offer will be made only through formal transaction documentation issued in accordance with applicable law.

2. Non-Binding Submission of this form creates no binding obligation on either party. It does not commit you to invest, nor does it commit MIG to accept your participation, allocate you any interest, or provide further information. MIG may accept or decline any EOI at its sole discretion.

3. No Financial, Legal or Tax Advice Nothing in this form or any related material constitutes financial, legal, taxation, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

4. Eligibility This EOI is intended for wholesale or sophisticated investors as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), or otherwise as permitted by applicable law. MIG reserves the right to verify eligibility and to decline registrations that do not meet applicable investor criteria.

5. Accuracy of Information You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to notify MIG promptly of any change to your details.

6. Confidentiality Any information provided to you by MIG in connection with your EOI, including data room access, presentations, or financial materials, is confidential and must not be copied, distributed, or disclosed without MIG's prior written consent.

7. Privacy Personal information you provide will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with MIG's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It will be used to assess your EOI, communicate with you about the investment platform, and for related administrative purposes. It will not be shared with third parties except as required to progress your registration or as required by law.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome Registering an EOI does not guarantee any allocation, investment opportunity, or outcome. All figures, forecasts, and projections referenced in connection with this platform are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
